Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 – 48 hours. Long items by courier, small items with Royal Mail First Class Signed For Service. Larger orders may take longer. Special colour orders (which need to be arranged via email or phone) usually take between a week and two weeks. Antique brass and Bronze brass orders also usually take between a week and two weeks as these are usually finished to order. If you have a very specific request then please email.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order there is no charge unless it has already been despatched. Please refer to the Returns and Refund Policy below.

Returns & Refund Policy

Returns and refunds can be made up to 7 days from receiving your order. Please check your order on receipt. Returned items need to be in perfect resalable condition. All items returned in this condition will be refunded usually within a week. The cost of delivery to you will not be refunded.

Obviously any faulty or unsatisfactory items will be refunded in full with the delivery cost and replacements sent as soon as possible.
