Locator Extra
The Locator Extra has the same advantages as the Locator rail but with a wider face so it can be installed tight to a straight ceiling, also providing a conduit for wiring.
Use the connector (LC) where you are joining 2 pieces of rail together. Use the corner connector only for external corners (i.e. round a chimney breast), for internal corners butt one rail against the other. The end caps tidy up an open end of rail where the rail does not finish in a corner or against a window frame for example.
The standard hangers with the barrel top are inserted at the end of the rail or via a notch that can be cut from the back lip of the hanging channel. The ‘cobra' top hangers can be inserted or removed at any place along the rail.
